Re: Easyexcel Training

This letter serves to confirm that several of our staff members, ranging from Beginners to Intermediate Excel users, attended 3 days in-house training, facilitated by Arnold Muscat and his assistant.

They set up their own equipment in our training room which meant that each attendee had the use of their own laptop to carry out the various exercises and procedures as taught. This made the course fairly interactive and therefore practical to see the use of the Excel program in action.

We found the course to be interesting, albeit a bit rushed here and there, especially having the mix of the Beginners and Intermediate users, which put the Beginners at a bit of a disadvantage, not having had any experience with Excel previously.

Once the course is completed, we would recommend that the attendees try and implement what they have learnt in their day to day work practices so that they can retain what was learnt and better their understanding of the Excel concepts.

Overall, the facilitators were pleasant and it was not too stressful an environment for the attendees making them more receptive to learning.

We are happy to recommend Mr Muscat’s training program as it did have quite some benefit for those who attended.
